AlCasaba Villas project was inspired by Islamic architecture and the inner courtyard of old houses. The word Casaba refers to a fortified building, and it is common in Andalusian and Moroccan culture.
The project consists of 46 villa units with areas ranging between
( 500-600 ) Square Meters for each villa, and the villas are characterized by attractive modern designs that suit common tastes. It includes two categories, each of which aims to meet the needs of the Saudi family of various sizes and tastes, and the project is unique in its many characteristics that bear in it the advantages of privacy, comfort, elegance and a luxurious aesthetic touch.
