Masaken Arabia received the award for “Best Multiple Development Units” in Saudi Arabia and the award for “Best Multiple Development Units in the Region” in 2013-2014 for the Retaj project. This project includes 292 residential units and is one of the largest residential developments that the company has undertaken in northern Riyadh.
